Superkombat New Heroes Results + News - Superkombat Going To America

Despite all of the unrest in Bucharest, Romania due to a fire in a nightclub which ended up killing over 30 people and injuring over 100 more, Superkombat still managed to go forward with their planned event on Saturday November 7th. In fact, it was announced that half of the earnings from the show would go to help the victims and the families of those involved.

The New Heroes portion of the event aired live on FightBox HD, starting at 6:30pm CET and was host to several incredible fights including an absolute slugfest between Bogdan Nastase of Romania and Marios Blanas of Greece, which could easily be in contention for fight of the year. They two stood toe to toe for four rounds (including one extra round) delivering heavy blows for the duration of the fight. In another closely contended bout, highly touted Polish fighter Rafał Dudek was narrowly defeated by Romania’s Cristian Milea in a split decision. Full results for the event can be found below.
