FightBox is proud to announce that King of Kings, one of the most recognizable brands of kickboxing, will return to live action from Ludwigsburg, Germany on Saturday June, 24th 2023 starting at 8:00 pm CEST.
King of Kings is back to live action on FightBox HD for the first of two big summer events in 2023. The main event sees the return of one of KOK’s top ranked light heavyweight fighters. Alexandru Burduja has a reputation as a heavy-handed veteran fighter from Moldova. Since leaving the KOK organization in 2018 he has gone on to become a WGP tournament winner and a world champion. His opponent Dario Kadic is a very tough Bosnian fighter who never backs down from a challenge and has been making a name for himself in many countries around the world. The winner may find themselves ranked as a top contender in KOK moving forward.
Also on the card is a lightweight fight featuring two exciting young fighters trying to take the next big step in their careers. Johannas Bass has recently fought Davit Kiria and Vlad Tuinov, two of his division’s best fighters and has earned a lot of people’s respect. Pavel Magureanu has been climbing up the ladder in other top European promotions and is now looking to make a statement in KOK. Both men are ready to take it to the next level, but only one can emerge victorious. The full fight card for the evening can be found below. All fights are under kickboxing rules.
