Colosseum Tournament Kickboxing 31 - LIVE from Arad, Romania 09.05.2022

FightBox is proud to announce that Colosseum Tournament, Romania’s biggest kickboxing promotion, will be live from Arad, Romania this Monday May 9th starting at 6:00 pm CEST (7:00 pm local time).

After a successful international debut in Sweden one month ago, Colosseum Tournament returns to action on familiar ground - Arad, Romania, a city that has played host to several memorable Colosseum events.

In the main event, Arad’s own Eduard Gafencu will face countryman Robert Gontineac. Gafencu recently suffered a rare loss one month ago in Sweden, only the second of his career, and is now looking to rebound with a big win in his hometown. The two-division champion now faces the challenge of a man with professional kickboxing and MMA experience who is looking to make a name for himself by taking out the champ. Both men possess amazing strength and power and it will surely be a hard-hitting bout.

Also, in the co-main event, Anghel Cardos faces Alexandru Amaritei. This is a classic battle of veteran versus up-and-comer. Cardos has long been considered one of the top welterweights in Colosseum Tournament and is known for his tough, technical style. Amaritei has limitless potential and is poised to become a future star and title contender. Who will win this battle of youth versus experience? The full fight card for the evening can be found below.
