FightBox is proud to announce that King of Kings, one of the most recognizable brands of kickboxing, will return to live action from Vilnius, Lithuania on Saturday November, 20th 2021 starting at 6:00 pm CET (7:00 pm in Lithuania).
King of Kings is planning what very well could be the biggest fight card in the promotion’s history. Four title fights will be held during the “Mega Series” including a bout for the KOK World Welterweight Title. Newly crowned champion Chico Kwasi will make his first defense of the championship against Henrikas Viksraitis. Viksraitis is a former KOK World Lightweight Champion and is the record holder for the longest undefeated streak in KOK history, currently riding a wave of 17 straight victories! He recently vacated the lightweight title to focus on a higher weight division. However, Kwasi’s coach, the legendary “Big” Mike Passenier has predicted that his fighter will hang on to the title for at least five to six years.
Also on the card is the big return of Sergej Masolobojev to King of Kings. Maslobojev is a former KOK Light Heavyweight Champion and is currently under contract to Glory Kickboxing where he is ranked third. Before leaving KOK in mid 2019 “The Sledgehammer” was Lithuania’s most popular and successful fighter, competing under both kickboxing and MMA rules. It will be a grand homecoming when he faces Canadian Olivier Langlois-Ross in the main event.
And speaking of homecomings, KOK’s most talked-about fighter Dovydas “Rimkenzo” Rimkus will make his first appearance in King of Kings since winning his One Championship debut just a few weeks ago. As of this writing, his opponent is still TBA. The full fight card for the evening can be found below.
