FightBox HD is proud to announce that Mix Fight Championship returns to live action on Saturday October 24th 2020, emanating from Darmstadt, Germany at 8:30 pm CEST.
Mix Fight Championship is back to holding regular live events despite the COVID-19 restrictions in Germany. The forthcoming event is the third in a series of five tournament-themed events to be held this year. Two four-man tournaments headline the show. The first is a -72.5 kg kickboxing rules tournament and the second is under MMA rules at the same weight division. Three super fights will also take place.
In the kickboxing rules tournament Andrej Kedves of Croatia takes on Ibrahim Abdul Malak of Germany in the first semi-final fight. Then, Azerbaijan’s Saufullakh Khambakhadov faces Ruslan Tokhtarov of Austria. The two winners will square off later in the evening in the final. In the MMA tournament Amin Kuliev (5-3) goes one-on-one with Giorgi Gelashvili (0-0). Gelashvili is a pro boxer by trade and now will try his hand at MMA and a chance for glory against a more experienced Kuliev. The winner of that fight will take on the winner of Agy Sordi vs. Ruslan Abrekov who will meet in the other semi-final contest. The full fight card for the evening can be found below.
