Colosseum Tournament returned to live action on FightBox HD on Friday October 28th 2019 for the promotion’s 16th event. The show was headlined by a four-man featherweight WGP championship tournament. Fighters from Romania, Moldova, Italy and Cyprus took part.
The tournament was not without controversy. During the final Adrian Maxim and Maxim Railean went the distance and the judges called for an extra round. After the extra round was announced, Adrian Maxim walked out of the ring and refused to return. The judges therefore decided that the bout would be declared a TKO victory by Railean, who became the inaugural Colosseum Tournament -65 kg Champion. Full results can be found below.
