FightBox is proud to announce that King of Kings, one of the most recognizable brands of kickboxing, will return to live action from Vilnius, Lithuania on Saturday March 16th 2019 starting at 5:30 pm CET (6:30 pm Lithuania).

KOK returns to its home base of Vilnius, Lithuania for what could be the organization’s biggest event of the year with a crowd of at least 10,000 expected. All of KOK’s biggest stars will be in action for the promotion’s third event of 2019. In the main event, the King of Kings Lightweight Championship will be on the line when champion Vitalie Matei defends against the number one ranked Henrikas Viksraitis. Matei won the -71 kg WGP in February of last year which earned him a title opportunity against the then champion Dorel Cristian in Moldova in October 2018. With Cristian out due to an injury Matei was able to defeat Andrei Leustean to claim the title. Meanwhile, Viksraitis has been steadily climbing the ladder in the lightweight division, compiling a record of 12 - 0 in KOK. Now the two clash for one of the most coveted titles in the kickboxing world. To read FightBox's exclusive interview with both men before this fight, click here.

Julija Stoliarenko also makes her return to the KOK ring after an impressive outing on the UFC’s Ultimate Fighter: Heavy Hitters reality show last year.
