Wladimir Klitschko climbs back into the ring to face Alexander Povetkin with his IBF/WBO/WBA and The Ring Magazine Heavyweight Championships on the line. The Ukrainian will travel to his opponents homeland of Russia to do battle in an Eastern European showdown.
The champ has only tasted defeat three times in his career, the last coming in 2004 versus Lamon Brewster, the same year that Povetkin captured an Olympic gold medal. Klitschko will be looking to make his 16th straight title defense while Povetkin will be trying to not only to dethrone the champ, but keep his perfect 26 - 0 record in tact.
The fight takes place this Saturday October, 5th in Moscow, Russia at the Olympic Indoor Arena. And if you're looking for more great boxing action, make sure to check out Gotham Boxing, this month on Fightbox.
