FightBox is proud to announce that ESPN Africa Boxing, one of the greatest new boxing franchises, will return to live action from Johannesburg, South Africa on Thursday October 27th, 2022 starting at 7:00 pm CEST.
ESPN Africa Boxing is back once again as the franchise continues to expand and gain popularity. In the main event, Sikho Nqothole faces Denmark Quibido for the WBO Global Jr. Bantamweight Title in a twelve round fight. Nqothlole comes in riding a four fight win streak, stopping three of his last four opponents. Quibido is currently undefeated and KO’d his last opponent last April. Nqothole said of his opponent that “He’s a strong boxer, he’s a tough guy, but unfortunately it’s not his day.” The full fight card for the evening can be found below.
