Colosseum Tournament Kickboxing 35 - LIVE from Targoviste, Romania 30.09.2022

 

FightBox is proud to announce that Colosseum Tournament, Romania’s biggest kickboxing promotion, will be live from Targoviste, Romania this Friday September 30th starting at 5:00 pm CEST (6:00 pm local time).

Colosseum Tournament Lightweight Champion Sorin Caliniuc returns to the ring to defend his title for the fourth time. Caliniuc captured the title in February of last year and has gone on to defend the championship against several world-class challengers from all over Europe. His next challenge is Spain’s Jordi Requejo Coronado who like Caliniuc is a young, hungry and talented fighter who has also captured his share of championship belts. In the past few years Coronado has won titles under both the WAKO Pro and WKN banners. It will be champion versus champion in Targoviste, Romania with the Colosseum Lightweight Championship on the line!

Also, in the co-main event of the evening, Colosseum Tournament’s red hot -61 kg weight division heats up again when Julian Marinescu takes on Ovidiu Popadiuc. Marinescu has already proven he has what it takes to be the best in the division with his amazing speed and striking ability. Now he must prove himself again against a very tough opponent who is currently ranked #1. The full fight card for the evening can be found below.
