FightBox is proud to announce that Superkombat Fighting Championship, one of the top kickboxing promotions in the world, will be  live, for the first time, from San Juan, Puerto Rico on Saturday, March 26th at 11:00pm Central European Time (6:00pm local time).

Superkombat made it known last November that they have big plans for global expansion in 2016. They have made good on this promise with the first of a series of events to be held in the Americas on March 26^th, in Puerto Rico. The New Heroes portion of the event is stacked with several familiar faces and a range of international talent. In the main event, the ladies take center stage as the New Heroes World Title is on the line when local favorite Angela Whitley of Puerto Rico takes on Romanian standout Cristiana Stancu. Also, Superkombat’s “Newcomber of the Year” in 2015, the heavy-hitting Dumitru Topai of Romania will slug it out with Victor Rosado of Puerto Rico in a bout at -86 kilos.
