FightBox is proud to announce that King of Kings, one of the most recognizable brands in kickboxing, will return to live action from Hamburg, Germany on Sunday August 25th 2024 starting at 6:00 pm CEST.
In recent years King of Kings has really been expanding in the German market, holding both kickboxing and boxing events in multiple cities across the country. The expansion continues with the debut of KOK in Hamburg, featuring a four-man welterweight tournament. In the first semi-final fight Holland’s Kevin Langeveld takes on Germany’s Ramin Amiri. On the other side of the bracket Valentine Knau will face Ewans Witte. Of the four, Witte stands out as the most experienced professional fighter. However, the other three competitors are highly touted up-and-comers who are hungry to make a name for themselves on the world’s stage at KOK and in a tournament situation anything is possible.
Also, in the main event, we turn to boxing rules German influencer and rapper Leon Machere squares off against Cem TV. Machere is known for pulling outrageous pranks which have sometimes got him into trouble with the police. He currently has over 2.4 million YouTube subscribers and 532k followers on Instagram. His opponent will be “Cem TV”, also a YouTube prankster, whose most viewed video has over 3 million hits. The two recently came face to face at a press conference where things got very personal and the two nearly came to blows. The full fight card for the evening can be found below.
