FightBox is proud to announce that Mix Fight Championship returns to live action on Saturday December 2nd 2023, emanating from Frankfurt, Germany at 8:30 pm CET.
Mix Fight Championship is back with its unique blend of fighting styles at their home base of Frankfurt, Germany for their annual December event. The fight card features many different styles of fights including MMA, kickboxing, bare knuckle boxing, Muay Thai and K1 with MMA gloves.
Two of the most promising young fighters will battle for the -72.5 kg K1 Rules title when Johannes Baas faces Ibrahim Malak for the gold. In recent editions of Mix Fight Championship, Baas has had many big opportunities, facing opponents the likes of David Kiria and Vlad Tuinov. Now he will realize his championship ambitions in a rematch against Malak. The two fought in the MFC lightweight tournament two years ago with Bass winning in what many considered a controversial decision. Now they will have the chance to not only even the score, but also walk away with the title belt.
Also on the card is a Welterweight K1 Rules Title fight when Besart Aliu of Albania takes on Petros Cabelinho of Brasil. Aliu really proved how tough he is last year at MFC when he scored an absolutely vicious knockout victory over Batuhan Demircan in a K1 rules bout with MMA gloves. Cabelinho has developed quite the reputation as well, in his home country of Brasil, while fighting for the WGP promotion and is known for an unpredictable, had-hitting style.
