FightBox is proud to announce that Colosseum Tournament, Romania’s newest kickboxing promotion, will be live on Friday April 20th starting at 6:00 pm CST (7:00 pm Romania).
Colosseum Tournament returns to live action on FightBox HD for “Rise of Scorpions”, emanating from Iasi, Romania. The event name stems from the Scorpions kickboxing club in that city, well known for producing many of the country’s top kickboxers. One of those fighters, Sebastsian Cozmanca, is a legit knockout artist who picked up a spectacular first round KO victory at the last Colosseum Tournament event in February. This time he faces a tough challenger in Frederik Kretschmer of Germany. How will the German deal with the power of Cozmenca and can Cozmenca add another knockout to his already impressive record? Also, one of Romania’s top lightweight fighters Amansio Paraschiv returns to action against a top international contender in Jean Simon Mendes of Spain. All fights will be held under kickboxing rules with three rounds of three minutes. The full card can be found below.
