FightBox is proud to announce that Oss Fighters, one of Romania’s top kickboxing promotions, is teaming up with Superkombat Fighting Championship on Thursday, February 28th 2019 to present “Oss Fighters 03”, airing live on FightBox at 7:00 pm CET (8:00 pm in Romania).
After a lengthy absence from the kickboxing scene, Superkombat Fighting Championship returns to the fight game, joining forces with new Romanian kickboxing promotion Oss Fighters for what should be a major kickboxing extravaganza. Many of the country’s top stars are on the fight card and some strong international challengers as well. In the main event, Romania’s Bogdan Stoica returns to the Oss Fighters ring for the third time to take on Fabio Kwasi of Holland. Stoica recently became the Enfusion Light Heavyweight Champion in October of last year, dropping his opponent three times for the victory. Kwasi also had a successful 2018, winning the Tetneft Cup +80 kg Tournament in December. Now it will be champion versus champion in Bucharest.
Also on the card is a super fight between two of the best Romanian lightweights when Cristian Milea faces Amansio Paraschiv. This fight is a rematch from May of 2016 in Superkombat, a fight that Paraschiv narrowly won by split decision. It’s also worth noting that Janu “Hannibal” Cruz, who has fought many times before for various fight promotions on FightBox, returns to Romania for a contest at -83 kilograms against Romania’s Alex Filip. Cruz has lost fourteen of his last sixteen fights, most of them by way of KO, so don’t expect this one to last too long. The full fight card for the evening can be found below.
