FightBox is proud to announce that Celtic Gladiator, one of the UK’s top combat sports promotions, will be live from Greys-Essex in England on Saturday May 20th at 10:00 pm Central European Summer Time (CEST).
With intentions to conquer the world and having already successfully held events in Ireland, England and Poland, Celtic Gladiator returns to the UK before embarking on a world tour later this year with events scheduled for both North and South America. In the main event, under MMA rules at 145 lbs (65.8 kg) Poland’s Leszek Krakowski (10 - 1) will face Brazil’s Nathan Batista (8 - 4). Krakowski comes into the fight having just suffered his first career loss after going undefeated for 10 straight fights over the course of two years. Batista has a 12 cm (4.5 inch) height advantage and an extremely varied martial arts background. Also, in a light heavyweight MMA contest, two skilled veteran fighters square off as Przemyslaw “The Polish Bear” Mysiala (20 - 9 - 1) takes on Dimitri Bouchet (11 - 7 - 2) of France.
