FightBox is proud to announce that King of Kings, one of most recognizable brands of kickboxing, will return to live action from Vilnius, Lithuania on Saturday November 19th, 2016 starting at 6:30 pm CET (7:30 pm Lithuania).
KOK once again comes home to Vilnius, Lithuania for its biggest show of the year and its second event in the month of November. Six huge fights are scheduled to take place in Siemens Arena including four MMA fights and two kickboxing bouts. In the main event Japan’s Kenichi Ito (12 - 14 - 8) is set to face Ignas Barysas (8 - 2 - 1) of Lithuania under MMA rules. This is a rematch from five years ago when Ito defeated Barysas in Japan by decision in the Zst promotion. Since then, Barysas has been on a five fight win streak while Ito has only won 3 of his last 11.
Also, heavyweights clash as Russia’s Dmitrij Zabalotnyj faces Lithuanian Tomas Pakutinskas in an MMA rules fight and at -67 kilos India’s Gurdeep Singh, who has fought before in the KOK WGP, returns to King of Kings to take on Deivydas Danyla of Lithuania under KOK kickboxing rules.
